Second-generation HVAC professional with eight years of experience at AirMaxx Heating & Air Conditioning. David holds a B.S. in Management Science from UC San Diego and is ASD/WRT certified. He applies his background in business strategy and data-driven decision-making to the day-to-day operations of the family business. From optimizing service workflows to managing customer experience, he bridges the gap between modern business practices and the hands-on trade expertise AirMaxx has built since 1995.

With over 30 years in the HVAC industry, Alex Glozman has built AirMaxx Heating & Air Conditioning from the ground up into one of San Diego County’s most trusted home comfort providers. NATE certified and a 13-time recipient of Carrier’s prestigious President’s Award, Alex still actively takes service calls alongside managing the company. His hands-on approach means the same expertise that built AirMaxx in 1995 is still showing up at customers’ doors today. From complex system diagnostics to mentoring the next generation of technicians, Alex sets the standard for quality that defines every AirMaxx job.
