Airmaxx installed the hvac system for our house a few years back, which was a smooth experience. The control board malfunctioned recently. The team was able to promptly come over to check it out. The installation manager Roma is very knowledgeable and friendly to work with, who identified the cause, provided education, and replaced the board and air filter for us. I truly appreciate Roma and Airmaxx.I used jpm construction to fix small water damage from a leak due to a failed condensation pump. They replaced the pump w the wrong voltage and it lead to worse damage. Jeff came by and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to come by shortly after to replace the pump w the right one. I will prob stick to specialists like airmaxx moving forward. I would have saved myself a lot of headache and money if I had gone w them from the beginning. Days later my capacitor blew out and Cory came and fix it in under an hr. Jeff and Cory were very communicative quick and friendly. I would reach out to airmaxx for future air handling issuesAlex G was the best. He was friendly, professional and really efficient. And the price was fair. Definitely 5 Stars!In the middle of a heat wave, our AC stopped working. I searched online and found a few different companies, but most of the ones I called couldn’t come out the same day. Airmaxx was able to fit us in. Although the receptionist could have been friendlier, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment, and the technician arrived before the start of his expected time window. He quickly inspected our AC units, identified the problem, and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He was prompt, professional, and helpful. Our experience with the technician was exceptional, and I’m so grateful we were able to get the issue resolved within just a few hours. I’ll be calling Airmaxx again when we’re ready to replace our unit, and I highly recommend them.I contacted Airmaxx last night (Saturday) because my AC was not cooling my home. They responded quickly with an appointment the next morning Sunday at 9 am. Dima arrived and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and kind. On a 105° day they came to us the same morning we called and had a new capacitor installed within 15 minutes. What could’ve been a really bad day turned out great.Today I had new heating and air conditioning systems installed in my house. I had used AirMaxx in the past for maintenance and believed them to be honest and fairly priced. I had gotten a couple of estimates from other HVAC companies to replace and install new units and received the best price and the most honest assessment from Cory at AirMaxx. Today was the big day; Three technicians showed up bright and early. Alex, Anton and Roman were a great team! They worked so well together. My heater is located under the house and was a challenge but they took it in stride and got everything installed in a timely manner. I will happily recommend AirMaxx!I am very impressed with your company. I requested an inspection service on my HVA C system since it is over 10 years old. I was given a cost estimate of $49. Service technician Edgar arrived right on time and called ahead to confirm and let me know he would arrive in about 10 minutes. He reset the thermostat, reviewed the entire system explaining all the parts and functions. He told me the system looked fine and didn’t need any repairs. It’s great dealing with an honest company and knowledgeable technician.On time, efficient, professional service. Even my wife and daughter commented on the “polite and knowledgeable young man.” Great job!They quickly got me on their schedule and fixed my 22 year old AC unit! It was very quick to solve the issue. Maintenance worker was very friendly and nice. It wasn't too expensive for the quick service.A/C went out at our elderly parents house, which definitely is an inconvenience and a concern during the high heat. Thank you Jeff!I have dealt with AirMaxx for years when they installed an updated HVAC system for me. This time we have installed two HVAC systems and I had my current system checked out. The owner, Alex Glozman, is just terrific and his team, many of whom I’ve been trained in engineering, are very professional and competent.Cory arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem! Highly recommend, been extremely happy with them!Over all it was a fantasic experience Josh was kind, courteous and very informative i will defintely be calling them again!Started with a in closet furnace and wanted to upgrade to a full Hot/Cold HVAC system... Called Airmaxx for an in house estimate who sent Randy Issak within a couple of days. Randy thoroughly looked over my current installation and sat down to go over the details and quote the job right then and there: This was not an easy installation as there was no exchanger connection to the outside, the electrical panel had no open 220V slots and a lot of the duct work was VERY old. Even though there was some uncertainty about the actual fine details of this job Randy indicated that once the price was set, they would eat any extra cost that popped up. Reasonable price with no possibility of ups and extras sounded pretty good. I really liked how Randy went through all the available options so I could choose a system that had the performance I was looking for while not breaking the bank. On top of that, Airmaxx takes care of all the permitting and inspections so it could not have been easier as a homeowner. The date was set and the crew showed up right on time (None of this 8 hour window BS!) and got to work. In 6 hours they completed the job and we had AC for the first time in 30 years. They managed to do the whole thing with only one drywall cut and that in the ceiling of a hall closet so for all practical purposes NO CUTS AT ALL! They also reorganized the breaker box to add the extra 220 breaker for the HVAC using more compact modules so that all the previous connections were maintained. Very impressed with the whole process (and we just passed the ECC inspection as well!).+1Replaced Dual Capacitor to the air conditioner. Gene did a great job and was very friendly.I had my AC repaired by Dima. Very nice man. He explained to me what was wrong and repaired it right away. It was heaven to feel the AC on and working during that heat wave a couple weeks ago. I’ve used Airmaxx a few times over the years. They are a great company.Airmaxx did a great job installing my new air conditioner, heater, and thermostat. My older system was 25 years old and needed a full replacement. They offered me a price much lower than the first estimate I received from another company. Airmaxx did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. They agreed with the first estimate that I did not need new ducting or insulation. The installers were professional and got the job done. I am very happy with my new systemQuick response. Definitely one of the most reasonably priced in the surrounding area. Came out within 24 hrs and diagnosed and fixed the issue right away.The AC at my parents' house stopped working today -- one of the hottest, most humid days of the year. My parents are getting up there in age, so this was more than just an inconvenience. I contacted several HVAC companies, including Airmaxx. Aleksandr called me back almost immediately. I asked if there was any chance someone could come out that day, even though it was Sunday of Labor Day weekend. To my surprise, he said he would. Aleksandr showed up promptly and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and did it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciate Aleksandr going out of his way to help on a holiday weekend, especially when we were in a bind. Great service and great communication. Airmaxx and Aleksandr will be our first call for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!My air conditioner was not cooling the air. It was a Saturday evening of a holiday weekend. Early Sunday morning, I made some calls. Airmaxx was able to come out and see what the problem was. Actually, I wasn't setting the thermostat low enough to trigger the start of the cooling of the AC. Alexander, the technician, checked out everything, and explained things very well. It ended up being a tune up, and giving me peace of mind. I would use Airmaxx again.Super friendly and easy to work with. Didnt charge me anything to diagnose the problem.We have used Airmaxx in the past to service our AC and furnace, and they were great to work with. This time we decided to replace a nearly 40 year-old 4 ton air conditioner and gas furnace, getting rid of a noisy and inefficient system. The old Lennox was built like a tank, but the R 22 refrigerant was nearly impossible to get in the old girl was just flat out wearing out. I contacted Airmaxx because of our great experience with them in the past, and Gene was able to come out within a couple of days and discuss our needs. In the meantime I did a ton of research using AI around my specific situation, and I had a pretty good idea that a heat pump was going to be our answer. Gene and I had a nice talk and walked around and looked at the existing equipment, he inspected the ductwork, and agreed that a nice Carrier mid range variable speed heat pump would be a great solution for us. It would be dramatically more efficient and quiet, especially since it was variable speed. Within a day he had provided a couple of quotes, and through very timely back-and-forth we narrowed in on a communicating heat pump system. The quote was very good, but I didn't know how good until I ran the proposal through my beloved AI and then compared proposals from four additional companies. Strike that. One of the companies that came out said they couldn't get anywhere close to Airmaxx's price so they didn't even bother to provide a proposal. There were some clarifications needed to the proposal and Gene was very quick to make updates until it had everything covered. A big differentiator was that not only did they provide a 10 year warranty, but that warranty did not require a service contract like some others do. Two weeks later the system was installed and we could not be happier. Igor and Max, the installers, showed up on time in the morning and completed the job in about six hours. This heat pump is so different than the typical on/off AC from 39 years ago that it's hard to compare. It is extremely quiet, adjusting its speed to the cooling needs to maximize efficiency, and even a full blast it was nowhere near as loud as what was removed. It took some finagling to get the thermostat connected to the phone app, but now I can control my heating and cooling system from anywhere. The installers hauled away all of the old equipment, inspected and repaired my ductwork, and cleaned up after themselves with no issues. They didn't even mind me watching them for a little bit (I tried to stay out of their way, but I'm always curious about technology) I can't say enough about Airmaxx whether you are getting service or a large equipment install. Not only are they responsive and professional, but I found them to be significantly less expensive than other proposals, even those with lesser solutions. Always make sure to get comparative quotes, but definitely make sure you get one from Airmaxx.+8Professional tech. Came on time, communicated efficiently and clearly. BensonWe had a heat pump installed in April. The AC was working well but I could not find where the condensate was going. Carlos Garcia came out to help us. He was very polite and efficient and careful with our home. He showed us photos of the installation in our one room cellar where we could see the pump that sent condensate out and he found the outside place where the condensate leaves our pump and goes into the garden. We had been worried about this for awhile and are so pleased Carlos could solve our problem. I called Airmaxx, and they were able to come out the very same day! Ilija Kikanovic was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He quickly identified several issues with my air-conditioning unit that needed attention and got everything fixed and working properly. I really appreciated his expertise, attention to detail, and the quick response from Airmaxx. It’s a great feeling to have my air conditioning working again! I will definitely be calling Airmaxx for any future air-conditioning or heating needs. I highly recommend Ilija and Airmaxx!Very well after requestExcellent service and troubleshooting skills. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all options available.I replaced the system with the same product and all went well.We contacted Airmaxx in May 2019 to replace the undersized central AC system in our home. They assessed our needs. For us, we wanted a quieter unit, is is right outside a bedroom, and better dehumidification. The equipment specification they chose was perfect for us. The house is 15 to 20 percent less humid than before, the unit is quiet and does not run all day to maintain cooler temperatures like the old compressor. We had some hot weather since they did the job and it works great. Contact Airmaxx, you will be happy you did.Alex arrived, was quick to figure out what was needed to help our 23 yr old A/C and heater make it through another season; changed out the condenser and installed a "condenser saver" to help nurse it along and installed our EcoBee smart thermostat no charge and was able to reroute our dripping secondary condensation drip line into the sink drain so not always dripping on side of house all quickly and for a reasonable fee. Giving us a good HVAC replacement and duct improvement recommendation/proposal for us to consider for the Fall. Overall a fine experience and nice, efficient service pro.Alex of AirMaxx came to our house within 30 minutes of our call. The outside unit wasn't working properly (sometimes the fan came on, sometimes not) and airflow was tepid. The house never cooled despite having other A/C techs work on the system (sent from our home warranty co.). Alex of AirMaxx ran diagnostics on our A/C system and did a tune-up. Within 20-25 minutes we had a nicely cooled house! We were impressed with Alex. Once the A/C was working, he explained items of concern with our system and gave his recommendations. He was responsive, professional, and he solved our problem. Thank you Alex! And thank you AirMaxx!Sales person and installer were very professionalThey did an excellent job.I did not meet the, in person, but they did AC repair work at my rental property. My tenants were very happy with them! They came out sooner than others were able, and the price was better than some. And the job was done well!They came out on the spur of the moment (Sunday morning). They added coolant but said there was no guarantee it would last long due to leakage (we'd been told this 2 years ago, so we just hoped we would get through the summer, but knew our unit was on it's last legs. The unit only cooled for a couple of days. We decided to have Airmaxx replace the unit. They applied the cost of the service call ($550) to the new HVAC unit. They were able to schedule a crane and install the new unit just 2 days later. They bent over backwards to make this happen quickly during the heat wave.The whole process of removing our old system and installing the new one was fast and efficient. The crew was polite, cleaned up all the debris and took away all the old HVAC parts. We could not have been more pleased. The cost was exactly as quoted. And it was the lowest of three bidsa monday morning call led to two techs at my door in about two hours. they gave me a 3 hour window, and called 15 minutes before they arrived. after about 15 or 20 minutes they found the problem to be the electrical outlet. because they were here i also asked rhem if they could install a different thermostat, which I provided. they did that for a very reasonable fee.Our AC went out late Friday afternoon. That night I filled out a contact form on their website and got both a call and an email back Saturday morning. Alex was able to drive out and look at our system within an hour. He replaced a part in our blower and put in a new filter. Everything seemed okay until a couple hours later when we realized the motor was much louder than it should have been. We called the main number and set up a new appointment for Monday. Alex returned as promised and made an adjustment. We are now very happy with the performance of the system. An overall good experience! I will contact Airmaxx again the next time we have an AC problem.Our appointment window was from 4:00 to 6:00. We received a call from dispatch at 3:20 stating he would arrive around 4:00. Alex showed up at 3:50. He came in, put his shoe covers on before entering, asked what was going on, assessed the situation, then replaced the capacitor within 20 minutes. Alex was very professional and easy to work with. If you want fast, professional, and honest work, go with Airmaxx.Two days after the papers were signed, the crew showed up. They actually got here 20 minutes before the scheduled time, which was fine with me. Seven and one-half hours later I had a completely new heating and air conditioning system installed and running. I was quite impressed with the efficiency of the installers. The old A/C compressor was undersized for the my house. The new unit cools the house MUCH better than the old one. I am very happy with the job done and the new equipment.Well, done quickly.We were satisfied. Well, I guess it's been about a month. So we can't judge the furnance, but so far everything has been fine. They were very quick to come out here when we contacted them. After they told us what the problem was, we decided to replace our system. They gave us an appointment within a few days so I say so far so good. I can't evaluate the furnace but the air conditioner has been working fine. Actually, we did mention that we had one room that was always particularly warm and they put in additional vents. They just tried to help us make that room more comfortable. It seems to be working. They try to improve your system if they think there's a way to be able to do that.It was very reasonable. They were excellent. A team of Russian men came in and they spoke Russian, there was one that actually spoke English and they told me what they were doing, how long it would take, and all that. Each of them knew what they were doing and they worked very well together. I was amazed. It was excellent, excellent. They were really quick. We actually had the company that put in the units at our present house was the one that gave us a quote for the furnace and air conditioning for the Spring Valley house and it was more than double what Airmaxx quoted. It was kind of a open end thing, it could be more depending on what they run into. I don't remember them not being on time. I would of remembered if they were not.They have reasonable prices. We signed up for regular maintenance up in Spring Valley and they would call up and say "It's time for your a/c check and let's make an appointment." They were right on the ball. They were the ones that installed the furnace and air conditioning in the house. They were really good and when we got here, I just went ahead and switched the maintenance to this house here. I like them very much. They unit here was already installed and it's a York and we're stuck with it. We're going to try and stick with as long as we can, but we are going to go back with the brand we had at the other house. Everybody said "That's a wonderful furnace and air conditioning unit you had." Everyone that came in said that. We had no complaints with it. We signed up for a 3 year maintenance plan.
